This is looking from the back of the gym to the front entrance. There is a very nice little welcome area you can see right inside the door. There are also two nice size storage rooms on each side of the gym on the front or North side.

The tall windows had actually been rocked in when it was converted from a one room school house to a gym. We took the rock out and put the widows back in. There are five on the West side and three on the East. Up high there are seven windows on each side. They are all thermal-pane/Low E caliber windows. We had the grids put in between the panes to keep the traditional look. The bottom windows open, the top do not.

Here we are looking from the front towards the back of the gym. You can see the mercury vapor type lighting that we have for the majority of the gym. The door on the lower left leads into the office/bedroom area of the living quarters and also the bathroom area. There is also a side exit door which is out of sight. You can also see one of the original backboards as well as the "paint" on the floor.

Here is our roll-up receiving door. It is electrically operated with a chain hoist backup.

We are now in the living area on the south side of the building. This room was used as an office but would also serve well as a bedroom. The window gives you a clear view of anyone coming in the front door of the gym.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, tile floors and period fixtures.
Very nice!

This part of the living space is now being used as a one room apartment, bedroom, dining room and kitchen. Great views and light all around.
